            My DH also said the same thing .......

            Then I finally managed to 'convince' him by assuring him that I can make fresh tau sar buns for him using the machine, heeeheeeee :evil:

            Funny thing is, he likes the fresh bread so much that he has not requested me to make the buns ..... yet :nailbite:

            Does your DH have a weakness for bread?? As they say, the way to a man's heart is via his stomach 😉

              I am using Empress (Cosway) bought in M'sia, cheap and good RM260 with member price.

                Hi! This is one of the sweet bun recipe i always use.


                冷藏液种材料:高筋面粉300g,水300g,即溶酵母1g。



                做法:

                将所以材料搅拌直酵母完全融入面团中即可。室温发酵一小时,放入冰箱冷藏至少20-24小时,备用。



                主面团材料:高筋面粉360g,糖125g,即溶酵母7g,盐6g,水60g,全蛋75g,蜂蜜25g,冷藏液种400g,奶油/牛油60g。



                做法: 全部材料搓好后待发酵45-60分钟直双倍大,取出分割成你要的等份,滚圆休面团10分钟。

                取出做出造型或包入馅料。由于面包体还会再发大,所以面包和面包之间要有距离。

                最后发酵45-60分钟,预热烤箱,进烤箱前扫上蛋液,180度烤18-20分钟即可。

                出炉趁热扫上一层牛油,面包就会亮亮的啦!…

                  Alex Goh’s sweet bun recipe

                  烫出面包香(Alex Goh)

                  材料A : 高粉 100g,滚水 70g(搅拌成团,盖上,冷却放进冰箱冷藏最少12小时)

                  材料B : 高粉 300g面粉 100g糖 80g奶粉 6g盐 20ginstant yeast 9g 材料C : 冷水 175g, 冷蛋60g 材料D : 牛油 60g

                  做法: 1)B+C+A拌均,加入D拌成光滑有弹性。
                  2)发酵40分钟。
                  3)分割面团,揉圆,松弛10分钟,即可做造型,再发酵50分钟,即可烘烤!

                      Hi all, have tried reading from the beginning of the thread and I sort of 'give up' after page 254 :faint: . Am very keen on buying the z machine, but now still thinking and researching...Saw all the nice bread pictures that u gals hav been posting.... :drool:


                      Isit really easy? I have not baked bread before and hopefully it's a good investment... :xedfingers:
