My rasin bread is done... The aroma is stronger this time cos it has cinnamon.


Cannot post the pictures yet but will do so in about an hr. This time it cuts into 10 slices and I increased the rasin from 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup.

I will also be posting my photos in about an hour's time, but I realised I don't have the proper knife to cut a loaf of bread

yah, whatever brand it is, so long it can make edible decent bread, I'm happy.

Good news!! I peeped through the window and noticed that my bread has RISEN!!! :rahrah: :rahrah: Only thing it may not have risen as high as what I saw from KSI's photos...

Was at Bedok just now and went to check out the shop that sells the glass cutting board.

Confirmed, it is the shop two doors away from Shop n Save, called Rissen Departmental Store. They have taken over the unit vacated by Phoon Huat.

Yes, they are still selling the glass cutting board. The \"A3\" size (mine) is being sold for $9.90 and there is a smaller \"A4\" size as well, but I didn't check out the price for that.
