          vlim:
heatiness will always give me 3 ache..tongue ulcer ache. toothache and headache...and I am experiencing it now again plus ear ache..tapuletahan.. :faint:

I will dab tea tree essential oil (Melaleuca) on my tongue and swallow.
          This oil is antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, anti-septic, anti-viral

My throat will feel much better as the oil kills those harmful stuff from the body.
The tongue ulcer will heal faster.
The oil can be dab on the gum as well for the toothache.

As for the headache, try peppermint or lavender oil.

My elder boy has a heaty constitution. I give him \"Fu Hua\"'s ling yang herbal drink whenever the weather is hot. There is a ready to drink tea bag sold in NTUC- chrysanthemum + American ginseng. He takes this while in sch boarding. All these to prevent sore throat. Am I doing it correctly?

We don't recommend taking ling yang too often as it is too 'cold'. Taking chrysanthemum + american ginseng is option that can take for long term as it is not as cold. But if you give ling yang when you think that he is about to get a sore throat then it is alright.

If kid / myself has sore throat, immediately mix chuan bei powder with water / milk to drink. It usually relieve the sore throat very fast. If there is cough and phelgm, boil the ji bing with chuan bei powder to drink or use the zhi ke tang.

I've been pumping son with Manuka twice a day too...few days ago, he told me he had sore throat. Now my turn 😢 also doing the same and staying at home to drink water.

Has anyone here experienced sore throat and cough that developed into pneumonia? I’ve done some search on the net about the symptoms of pneumonia but inconclusive as there are so many types of pneumonia. Anyone has real experiences to share pls?
