For those who are a little more adventurous with their teas, you can also mix rose buds with pu-erh tea. This is known as the rose pu-erh tea. The rose buds give the Vit C and the pu-erh helps to break down the fats in our bodies and regulates our metabolism. Here's more info

Thanks everyone for yr suggestions, they are certainly helpful. I tried the rose bud tea yestday, it tastes refreshing. For those who like things sweet, you can also add a spoonful of honey.

My current fave blend is rosebuds, rosehip and lemongrass tea.

                Benefits:
                rosebuds - Vit C
rose hip - Vit C and anti-oxidant properties
lemongrass - good for digestion and water retention
HI can i check with you how do u prepare lemongrass tea? Do u use actual lemongrass and boil them?tks !
