Wow! Finally I finished going thro’ all the posting in this thread. Wow… You mummies…really really great. Now time to go to Bookfest for shopping.

I have also seen the thread for english assessment books. Just curious to know is teere any specific thread for maths? I went thro, the eng maths chinese science all combined in one thread. Thinking of doing homework before going to buy. This is an excellent source to get more info from honest and dedicated mummies.

Is Mind stretcher good for creative writing, maths and science? My daughter will be in P3 next year. She used (?) be good in Maths when you consider the first three terms in P2. She scored 96.8 in the first three terms. However, to my dismay, she did her maths very badly in SA2. She got only 76. The question paper was so easy. I really could not figure out what and how it went wrong. Although I am a fulltime working mother, I invested a lot of time to teach her. But after this Maths SA2 experience, I lost my confidence in self teaching and dont know whether tuition/enrichment classes will help her. Near my place, we have this mind stretcher. Any suggestions/advice/feedback will be greatly appreciated.

      Dear Champion,

Could you share which tuition centre your child is going?

Thank you so much for sharing all the tips!

      Best regards
      HAPPYH

at bookfest, saw a lot of parents snap up Helen Lee Science (lower & upper block), at 4 for $9.90 ... a steal !

and this P3 / P4 Science NAIL those MCQs by 'teachers@ work' - flew off the shelf so fast at bookfest!
