So it's not good for us parents with children already in school.

Even if it cost a little more, I would rather pay only when I make the booking and can be sure I can get the dates I want. It's way too risky to pay this sort of money upfront when there's no guarantee you can get the dates you want.

I would like to ask any1 who has bot the coupon for spa or facial services

and was told no appointment slots avail when call to book.
(the fine print would indicate the restrictions in timing and days of the wk)

i ask the above is becos i have heard numerous pple encountered such issues when they book a package.
