let them have a later bed time? like 8.30pm?

bed time was changed to 9 - 9.30pm everyday so that they dont feel like napping in the afternoons.

mine also the same, wake up every day at 7am, even on wkends, but DS v good boy, he will not wake me up till 8-8.30am, as he said mommy wants to sleep, so he will usually go to living room n on the tv or read his story books n sit on my bed, waiting for mommy to wake up :love:[/quote] :yikes: your DS is an :imanangel: leh...
