TC, HDB, Lift - all always push ard... till i sent email to MP n cc them then some one will do something... esp recently life upgrade, no lights at staircase, so dark, so dangerous.

My toilet floor ceiling tooks about 6 mths and still it is still cracking.. and we give up as very super, ultra difficult to find the lady in-charge even though she gave us her handphone... never ans lor... emails-- forget it, never reply lor....

huh, i tot east side lift upgrade all done liao... now is north-side... my mum place early this year got letter to vote for life up-grade... till now then start a little-bit lor.... but look at some top- \"rich\" estate... life upgrade very fast lor...

My estate must be a slum estate lor coz the lift upgrade take forever.

HDB will investigate to see if the leak is fr pipe , bad waterproofing or aircon drainage. My old flat also got same prob and upstairs neighbour need to redo their flooring , I need to pay half of the cost after subside ( tats 7 yrs ago dunno now rules got change or not ). My present flat recently toilet also leak but is due to upstairs neighbour pipe connect wrongly . If your upstairs neighbour is still under first 3 yrs of their Reno then dun need to pay coz the contractor is liable for 3 yr under HDB rules.


Old flat always got leaking problem but I like old flat layout, big n spacious .

yes we are also liable to pay for the half the cost after subside but eventually we did not pay as the ceiling prob is still not solve meh... and the HDB did not come and press us for paymen leh.... GIVE UP :faint:

very true about the old flat layout, at least the ceiling height is high and the sqft is true... the new flat living space is ok but the kitchen is sooooo small... cannot squeeze 2 pple lor...

My life upgrade took about 2.5yrs to complete lor... suddenly stop for long time while the other block already completed... then suddenly start again... complete before elxcxxxion lor...[/quote]I v suay my previous flat got no lift upgrade , dun know y residents vote no leh. So we decided to move to a lift landing floor. After 2 yrs, our lift close for lift upgrading now back to climbing stairs :gloomy:

orange bottle - for laundry that nv get \"baked\" by the sun, will not have smell
Purple bottle - for colour clothes, the colours will fade easily

yaya, they 1 mth do 1 thing only... my side put the \"lift shell\" then stop for 1 mth, nv c anyone do anything...

Your side need 'lift shell'? Is your place like those door to door unit that will have many extra lift after completion?
Think those need more work hence take longer.
Mine after completion will still have the same number of lift =2. They only need to knock hole at every floor also need to delay 3 times.

I stay at fifth floor used to have lift now close Liao the next nearer lift is 3rd floor ... After going down 2 storey I might as well go down another 2 to reach ground floor n save the trouble to walk the corridor to the next lift.
