So tough to find ppl who used to do sports n will talk abt it.

I only took up track n field as cca back during sch days for both short 100-200m n long distance running.was better at long distance though so continued tat till end of secondary life.switched to compete in other sports after. Shud get our kids to have some exercise life too. Trains their attitude for sports.

Woo,primary sch days I played netball (that is how I know Rosyth is so strong and determined :-p) , with secondary sch, they didn't have netball so ended joining their track field , took the 800m and 1500 as my pet events. after secondary, I did track for a year and stopped. got sick of running !!!

Brought my kids to national (b4 it was closed) n other stadiums where i used to compete...alwayz had a knot in my stomach n happy feeling.

Hopefully our kids can keep up e sporting spirit for us.i'd love to c them in competitions. Esp ds since his childcare teacher had commented on his speed at tender age of 2-3yrs old n nominated him for sch sports days for 2consecutive yrs. Hopefully that can be his talent...

Streaming into classes depend on schools.some don't stream till p3 for ability.


Was told that if my girl's results r gd for chinese,may b able to take higher chinese. I din knw tat non sap schs offer higher mother tongue for p4 and below...?

What I read in the other thread is that for SAP, all will take HMT, and in P4 or P5 can't remember which, if child cannot handle will drop. While foe non-SAP, if school offer to child who can handle HMT, will take throughout till P4 or P5 can't remember which level to confirm.

So SAP is confirm take with option to drop, while non-SAP is option to take and later confirm

Oh gd!!nw im clearer of what is to come...HMT is separated frm chinese paper at psle right?
