That’s long term plan, but in the short term, keeping it at 30 is something achieveable during our kids’ time.

not sure of the rationale, but class size will increase to 40 in upper levels, can't remember which level. But in DD1's school, not sure if this is done throughout, the foundation class size is smaller, the school has 2 foundation classes, it's like 20 or so per class if I remembered correctly.
