There are 3 days for registration for P2C, suggest you monitor the application rate and decide. You can call up the schools on the 3rd day after morning registration is over, keeping in mind other parents might have the same strategy. Then quickly decide before 2.30pm and go to the school to register. If both schools need to ballot, then depend on your personality, to either chiong for the school you like or go for a safe one with no ballot. Best to have a plan B.
