Gelyang Methodist -> 124 vacancies /84 registered

Kong Hwa -> 47 vacancies/ 62 registered

for agnesleong, she will need to call the sch and ask how many are within 1km for KH.. if less than 47, she should go for it.

ya ya, this is my plan too.. might take the risk to ballot if there r like 50+ applicant less than 1km..
but of cos no need to ballot will be the best!!!
