      micollh:
i continue with 1b yest and DD is able to revise the words she learnt from 1a. Thanks mummy ! i bought set a & b only not c as i feel c is more for writing?

DD listens to other lady birds books almost completed all levels..listen only not read heee.. she can tell us the whoel story of the book but when ask her read she said she doesn't know.. tt's why i start with P&J.. hope this helps in her reading 🙂

She will learn more sight words from P&J and this gives her more confident. When she is ready, encourage her to try simple story book first.

My girl was also not willing to try and read initially. Then i introduce her P&J. Even until a few books, when i give her other books not from the P&J series, she will still tell me that she don't know how to read. So i open the book and point to the word and asked her if she can pronounce. When she sees that she can actually read most of the words, she started to gain confidence.

      You can do it!!

If sending to all available enrichment classes can mean we only need to play with them at home, then I think we can all be stress-free 😂
