the shorts are not so nice. prefer maybe black? or green to match the light green in the shirt? think the price is quite expensive too. maybe cos of the mandarin collar and the mandarin style button and the diagonal orange stripes at the shoulder?
u all bought how many sets? I saw the price, and thought maybe 2, but then ordered 3 in the end, in case of wet weather and all not clean/ dry. sigh.
yes, Dh commented that the HPLS fan looks good but the wind generated seems to be blocked by the huge beams running across the hall, so those in the center are extremely hot, like us! we were fanning ourselves the entire time too. perhaps only if we are directly under the fan area, would it be better?
yes peipei, seems like we are not allowed past the parade square cos the info in the pack only says \"bring kids into parade square on 1st 2 days\". thereafter, can't even go in!
i did not receive any meal form too. only paid $4.
as for name tag order, and books, i had to go back another day because there were just too many pp in the queue on Sat itself.
just hope ds2 will love his teacher and his friends and enjoy learning!

We were near the side but didn’t really feel the fan…maybe they didn’t on it at full.
I bought 5 sets of uniforms (Mon to Fri) !! Quite happy they letting us collect on 28th Dec…have a few days to wash before schools starts! -
I thought the orientation was quite well organised and the teachers were quite well organised too. I am pretty impressed by how professional they were, considering the fact that they only join the school in Dec (as mentioned by the p during the soft launch). There's no meal form, so just make payment $4 and we shall wait for the school to advise. But I hope they have enough time to cater for children with special dietary needs.

yes, pretty organised considering the amt of manpower.
MOE new appointment changeover always on Dec 15. but if they are going to a new school, no choice, have to work much harder. P mentioned they started working on FPS stuff since Mar/ Feb hor?

was surprised the colour of the skorts (for my dd) was grey…don’t know when they changed it…my dd actually prefers the brown.
we got all the completed sets of shirts and skorts. -
We ordered 3 sets but only manage to collect the shorts yesterday, cos the supplier run out of shirts …
