Now that the kidss are tagged according to their mode of dismissal, i.e. yellow sticker for Gate A, blue sticker for Gate B, and Green sticker for School bus I think, correct me if I am wrong... I was quite perturbed this morning to witness the security guard lady to strictly instruct the children to enter by the specific gate. Meaning if you belong to Gate B, and you came to Gate A, you would be told to walk to Gate B instead....

Thanks for the info. ...i didn't know that the blue sticker can only enter Gate B n so on. I chose Gate B for my dd dismissal point n as Gate B happens to be nearer to our house, dd entered thru this gate this morning. \"phew\"

Ermmm... I have the same question on nametags too... do you mummies remember submitting a name-tag order form on 17th Dec? I submitted mine to the General Office because bookshop said its not them, uniform also said its not them...

haven't heard anything on name tags yet. we also submitted to the GO.

Hasn't had any problems entering Gate B, DS has a green sticker which is for Gate A. Yellow sticker is for school bus. Now DS even lost the tag! The lady at the gate didn't even look at his tag.

Eagerly waiting for further news on the name tags too! I was told at the book collection counter on 17th Dec that we're supposed to submit to them and not in the trays at the room where we fill up the forms :?

Is the letter from the form teacher with an acknowledgement at the bottom??
I sign and return in the comm book but it was not taken and came back yesterday :scratchhead:

think the lady security guard is very on. no problem with the lady at gate B...think she is a staff fm GO.

yes, I saw some parents submitted the name tag forms to the bookshop too (after we submitted it to the GO). guess it is a bit messy on that day. the instruction was not clear.

for my dd, no acknowledgement at the bottom of FT letter. the comm book/handbook is supposed to be with your ds everyday (i.e. in his bag), the FT or other teachers will not be keeping/collecting it.

yeah...looking forward to today's performance too.

It was a simple A4 piece of paper with some words. Not very lengthy. Did you get something like that?

about name tags i have had no news at all.

about the letter, troubled, saw your 2nd post on it, yes it has something where i signed on. but i think the tr just checks, she doesn’t take it back. for our info is it? i have it on my fridge now.

yes the security guards are all very on! but they are friendly too, will smile and say hi.

I checked with the bookshop guy on Fri when I went for the class performance. He said we should be getting the name tags this week through the form teachers. As for the handbook, dd’s form teacher also stapled a letter in it. However, I wrote two questions on the handbook and my dd said the teacher didn’t check the book. Are they supposed to check daily?


By the way, has any of you submitted the pupil profile form and parents support form? Seems like no one’s collecting.

Didn't submit the parents support form yet, but the pupil profile form was submitted during Orientation Day.....

Quite happy with last Friday's performance and the opportunity to speak with the teachers

suggest asking your dd to show the teacher the qns that you wrote. i don't think the teacher will be checking each of the student's handbook daily.

saw some parents submitting the parents support form to the GO on 1st day of school. Had submitted the pupil profile form on the orientation day too.
