Hi fellow parents,
I just received the package today in the mail. It contains the booklist, a letter informing you of your child's class, and some other info including maps and such.
I checked the website for updates just now, after reading the stuff in the package, and they updated saying the uniform comes with BLACK shoes and white socks!
hooray!!!! i love black shoes! :celebrate: -
Hi hi!
I've received it too! Finally :rahrah:
Wow....u sure is fast! Planning to go to their website to have a look too!
Didn't seems to see any English books on the list.... :? -
Hi troubled, there are no English books for all primary schools due to implementation of STELLAR now, for English. Briefly it is based on big books. Teacher reads a big book story in class and following that many activities are carried out based on that story.
At my ds1's school's Orientation, they explained what was Stellar. One of the first things they did. So I think FPS will too.
I am happiest about the black shoes. yay! -
 I'm so outdated!
You got ur wish!
I'm actually hoping we can see and speak to their teachers as well :xedfingers:
Looking forward now....so exciting!!

my boy’s in 1 Joy… hope it’s a "happy" learning environment for him… lol -
I'm also wondering if we can get some of the books from Popular :scratchhead:

it's just that I have an older one so I know, else I won't too. so i will share whatever i know, no need to be paiseh to ask!
i believe you will meet the form teachers and definitely can speak to them. i remember telling ds1's form teacher he is myopic and needs to sit in the front row till i get him his glasses. that time he was just diagnosed as myopic and i haven't made his spects yet so he couldn't see clearly. i remember telling this to the form tr on Orientation day itself.
oh i also like the play area. so nice! can imagine ds2 playing there every recess! -
