I'm so scared about this whole results thing that I can't even put myself through any open houses right now!

we attended sji open house this morn.
it was a good experience as the 2 boys brought us around the school premise. the school environment is impressive. i like the chapel with its beautiful stained glass designs.

i am worried too...but there is nothing i can do. i dread to think of next thur as i wait for results to be released. it will be a mental torture.

We just went to look around the school…to have a feel.

No historical cop becos 2013 is first intake for IB program. Minimum cut off is 250.

Can someone advise how the Secondary posting works:


Dec 19 : release of posting result. I supposed they will sms us or there is online check.

Dec 20: report to school. How long will it take? usually what time? Need to wear uniform? Do we have to buy all the textbooks / uniform or there will be other days for us to do that?

Can someone also advise the different types of Chinese in Sec school: Normal Chinese, Chinese (Special), Higher Chinese, Syallabus ‘B’.

i saw that proxy form in the sec school listing...you can authorise someone to report to sec school for admission on your behalf...think it is option 3.

My neighbour told me SJI is great. Her boy was from there.

Actually DS will be away for a camp. So we can go but he cannot. I guess that should be alright.
