Effective date starts from yesterday. There will be new items offered for bidding every month for the next 6 months. So do keep your receipts for the next 6 months.ChiefKiasu:

Items that have been won are unlikely to be repeated. So don't wait for 29 Feb 2012 before you bid. You should bid now. A bird in hand is better than 2 in the bush. -

Don't worry... just remember to pay for your kids' school books at Popular through NETS in November or December. That would rack up your NKPs quickly
