My ds took AMC8 last year (P4) and this year. The following is from Maths Oasis website:

My DS was registered under Open Cat, I just bought him past 4 years tests papers with solutions and he went through himself & was ready to take the test. In fact, he was quite confident that he should be able to get 24/25 questions right, he said it's easier than the AMPOS that he took earlier this year. That's why I think maybe my DS2 take try it, probably next year.

thanks[/quote]I just signed him up via Maths Oasis under Open Cat, no need to go for training, esp if your kid has maths olympiad training before.
