Hi! I'm new here..just wondering what are some of the best Math assessment books around now?
Which area do you want to focus? Word problems (Section C)? Or mixture of Section A, B and C questions? I find Andrew Er's Challenging Maths is good if you are looking for Section C. -
Hello Mummies, what do you think about Casco on Mathematics? Are they generally good? Do they provide detailed step-by-step solutions? Are they challenging?

Yes, Casco Mathematic do provide step-by-step solution.I have try buying that for my dd to try but she told me the question are not challenging.I still felt Andrew's Er one are better, they are more challenging.
If not, you can try onSponge Mathemtic, they do have step-by-step solution too. -

Hi
I need some advice on Terry Chew Maths Olympiad Trainers 1, 2, 3.
I have tried using his Olympaid Beginner books, but i wisah to use Trainer series, as I can do all exercises. Is this easy to do, ie can DC do these Training books without referring to Terry Chew’s maion books. I am looking to start my DS on the 7-8 trainer books, and move on to Trainer 2 then 3.
Has anyone any expereince of these books. -
