Our gal will be in P1 next year ( 2013) n we r not too sure which school should we enrol her in. We r staying in Woodlands. Pls advice! Our choice will be Innova, Greenwood, Woodlands Ring or Woodlands Primary School. Thks!

Is the principal of Woodlands Ring Primary School new ?
Anyone has any comments / experiences with this school that you can share ?
My DS2 will be P1 next year (2013) and need more info before deciding on the registration. Thanks in advance.

Hi,recently I called up Admiralty Primary school to check when can I receive the PV certificate, and was told that they will not send the notificate to each parent who complete the PV, instead they will only give that to parents on the day of registration!


Oh my god! On that day only? I eagerly told her that we prefer to get the letter earlier so that at least we know we are phase 2B, otherwise how do we know?! Don’t know whether she will consider a parent’s voice…sigh…

Can any friend share how other schools do this? Thanks!

Hi, maybe you can request a photocopy of your PV timesheet with a signature from one of their staff. This is to serve as a record that you have completed your PV with the school. I think there will only sent out an official letter in June.

For the past years our balloting for Phase 2C is only for children living within 1km


Greenwood primary

for past two years, balloting conducted for available school vacancies within 1km.
If you stay outside 1km, your chance quite slim.

Thanks qms but can’t be so optimistic now, since it’s also stated in the letter, this year balloting is ‘possibly likely’.


Anyone knows what does that actually mean? I’m nor sure how many more PV parents compared to last year, and how many less total seats compared to last year?

you should be able to find out Total no. of Parent Volunteers in Admiralty primary this year, from your Head of PV discreetly.


The only unknown figure comes from Grassroot leaders activity side - figures only released to school nearer the time before 2B actual registration day.

Do you know if other school will tell you the number of SC and PR in their PV list so as to better gauge ?
