In the earlier news, it was reported that the taxi driver delibrately apply emergency break injuring both QYF and her daughter. There was a medical report and pictures filed. I wonder why only one party is charged.

i happened to see her at the police station when i filed a report many yrs ago......

Think it has to do with not bringing in the $$$ and can't hold a job for long.
