I shd think I’m still safe for ZD for within 1km, what I’m afraid that there will be a sudden increase of applicants tomorrow afternoon. But on the other hand, I shd think that most people would have registered by Day 1.

I don’t think I’ll try for RM. Look at the no. of applicants vs the no. vacanies. I thought I read somewhere that there were more than 60 applicants staying within 1km registered in Day 1. I think I’ll give up RM. But I’m definitely keen in ZD.

You may have to email to the teacher to express your concern. What I saw is that last year P1 teachers in ZDPS are still teaching the P2 classes this year.
When Moe recruits teachers, that is always the problem. My child’s new school(the best class) is also taught by a fresh NIE grad this term.

Just came back from ZDPS. checked with the Admin and was told left 7 or 8 places only.

Think by end of today you can see the breakdown of ZDPS & RMPS. Select one that you think have better chance to enter. Guess RMPS, ZDPS & CHIJ (Kellock) would be full house by end of Phase 2C.

It is usually the case that the teacher that took the class in P1 would continue with the same class in P2. But for my kid, he had different teachers.

As to e-mailing the teacher to express my concerns, I have already done once, to highlight certain problem kids giving the class a hard time despite it being one of the two top classes.

I don't want to keep 'bugging\" her as she may think I am too \"kan-cheong\". But I am monitoring the situation and keeping contact with other parents to share info about the class. Should the need arise, I will definitely contact her again.
