Well, my older son has fallen asleep on the bus home and ended up in another town. haha!

So how then? Something similar happened yesterday. While returning home, DS was sitting a few seats away from me in mrt. To my surprise he had fallen asleep. :yikes: Had to wake him up when v reached our stop πŸ˜“ . And to think he had not wanted me to come to fetch him. Today he wil b coming back with his friend. Hope they keep awake by chatting.

Then take bus back again, lor! haha. Yours is MRT - quite ok, right? Just cross over and take the opposite track's train back.

Not as bad as this incident that I heard of a little boy from pri sch (same CCa as my younger boy). After CCA, he took bus home. Fell asleep and ended up at Harbourfront terminal. I think the bus driver see that he's a little boy and had overshot his station, so let him take bus for free also , bc coincidentally, the boy didn't have his wallet that day and had borrowed a few coins from a friend to take the bus home. But on the reverse journey home, he fell asleep again, and ended up in Yishun. So no choice, take bus home again. This whole journey - very long leh !!! A few hours, I think! And he had no handphone, so family had no idea where he was!

The child must have been extremely exhausted.

Today DS surprised us by finding a new way home.

He was instructed to take bus to Clementi and wait for our condo’s shuttle bus.
He followed his friend and took another bus that stopped just outside his old Primary school and walked home.
He claimed he knew the route before his friend told him so but I’m not convinced.

Nearer than taking the condo bus?
