DD says yesterday's GA1 was more on words and today's GA2 was more on patterns.

My DD said that Math paper was challenging and did some guessing. Hope that she made some intelligent guesses.
The GA2 is easier than GA1. It is more on sorting, pattern and dice making.

Aahhhh... That was in my mind as well. I think it depends on the individual school's policy. I inquired at my DD's school and was told that the school's streaming policy outside gep is based purely on school results. No brownie points for getting through round 1 gep. This is for RGPS.

DS says Eng paper was difficult, Maths challenging and he did not finish section B. Also says both GA papers are fun and easy. Overall good experience for him.
