Monday probably will receive the YELLOW ENVELOPE.... actually i called MOE this morning they said 8 Nov the school will know... DIN expect to receive the call from school today

I see... is this the standard practice or some schools will just give out letters to the children without calling, I wonder. :?
And I believe different schools will be informed by MOE at different times?
