I meant GEP paper. They should be the same right. How normally GE students multiply their SA1 score?

You can't use the SA1 but GEP students still have to take the year end prelim papers which is the same for all students in the school. That's the score you can use to multiply the 0.72-0.75.

Oh yes that’s right, all the best everyone. June holidays is a good time to do catch up and revision. I think planning ahead to catch up w the full scope (all p3-p6) is better than rushing it all to the end in July/Aug

            Hi,

Does anyone have an idea what’s an average SA results in P5/P6 for GEP cohort like? Will be better if there is also information on the 25th % and 75th %. I’m having difficulty gauging where my son is as the school does not share info at the class or cohort level. Thanks.

Hi for this P6 SA1, only know science average is high 80s+ from the teacher. Other subjects never reveal any average, but my own guess for language probably mid 80s+. So my guesstimate for overall average is around 87%.

                  Hi mummies,

I am new here. Ganjiong spider here. I want to spend the holiday prepping my kid for the upcoming GEP screening test. Anyone who has kids who has gone thru 2018 test? I heard it's 20 vocab mccq, 1 cloze passage and 3 compre passages MCQ style.

Someone told me it used to be 20 vocab mcq, 2 cloze and 2 compre mcq. Got changes now.

Will appreciate if anyone can help point me in the right direction.

                  Thank you 🙂

                    Hi parents,

I am a dad of 2, 8 years old and 6 years old. Recently, my younger one has been diagnosed with being Gifted in WISC IV definition. However, his FSIQ Test score has been dragged down by his processing speed, which is at about 55% percentile. The rest of the other sub scores are really good esp his Fluid Reasoning and his spatial intelligence. Any parents with such profile kids, successful struck the GEP Jackpot. (Just being Curious, for us, if he doesn’t take the cut, so be it.)

                    Thanks in advance!
Hiya smartiepants, not sure if you saw, i replied in the other GEP thread you posted in.

The school’s letter states: English paper is 1hr15min and Maths paper is 1hr30min. Recess in between.
