Yes Harlequin, I'm taking medication for that if and when it comes. No slamming around for awhile. Especially since he has to work. I try not to look down or close my eyes (unless I'm sleeping) and when standing up I focus on things out front or slightly higher, can't look or bend down or rather try not to because my boys are still small. They play and have toys on the floor and mat.. washing them up requires bending down and getting up.. hubs already showered them before he left for work. I ordered in pizza yesterday.. I try if can cook today or else will order in. Hubs said better not risk doing cutting or chopping and all the things in the kitchen just to play safe. I'll play by ear. See how.
Thanks for your concern. I appreciate it very much. :hugs: I'm better today. Not much \"heavy head\" feeling today just more to headache like after a really bad hangover.
PS. I don't hafta stand on one leg to feel full wave of the dizziness. I get a severe one even lying down. Yes, I feel everything moving even when lying down. The nausea is part of the experience as well.Harlequin:
Already cooked rice before hubs left, later just to see if I'm up to prepare soup or something simple for the boys. If not, i will order in again today.Take good care :hugs: ....don't cook lah, with knife and fire and all that.... and 2 small babies at home

soup?! Don't carry the pot of hot soup, not even from the stove to the sink....
Just now I mentioned \"slam\" I was referring to the exercise in the YouTube video, the free falling act... hope you view the video and try the exercise.
2 yrs ago, I spent quite a long while to find out what's wrong with me, I went for audio test twice, seen at least 6 doctors, even did MRI, took a few type of medicines... all with no help... At last I went to a neurologist, Dr. Ho King Hee and he diagnosed me with BPV (Benign Positional Vertigo) He did a couple of that maneuver exercise on me and I was asked to do it at home 2x a day, the dizziness cured completely within 10days.

I am lying down on the sofa while the boys watch television and playing their toys. Am just troubled by baby opening and closing the drawers. He just got his finger trapped and other than grunting at him each time he goes near I cannot go up and down to physically stop him afraid it might trigger another bout' of dizziness. Once it comes, I cannot find my bearings for quite some time and my head really aches from the intensity of everything that is spinning around inside my head.Buds,
You are not in safe mode to do any cooking or housework today...at least while girls are not back from school. Lie down and rest ok?
Order in KFC or pizza. Take care of yourself...2 little ones around.
Doc says I just need a couple of days of good rest. Like I can? Hubs took care if everything since Saturday. I was knocked out in bed the whole time. Hubs on stand-by, he will come home if I need him. So in the meantime I just lie down. Feel like I'm just lazying around. -
Budsβ¦ when your hubby is back, please try that exercise in the videoβ¦ The dizziness during the exercise only last for less than a minute, after that youβd feel much better.

[/quote]First time this happened my blood test was positive for anaemia to which I was warded for a week. Upon further physical examination plus all the ENT tests, excessive menstrual bleeding was the primary cause. An invasive ultrasound came up with cysts in the womb. Many of them! Another invasive procedure followed to remove whatever they could reach. I'd scare you guys to no end if I told you how it was done. But after some clean up in the womb less bleeding during menstrual cycles & almost too easily conceived chubs after kena ambush. The specimens were sent to the lab to see if they were cancerous cells... thankfully, they were not.
I was advised not to attempt any dieting and binge on all the red meat I want. I was scolded by specialists saying I could get a mini stroke and I won't know it was happening. So the warning was if I wanted to live well n long enough to raise my children must eat well and rest well.
To date, already twice warded for dizziness because both times I totally passed out. Both times in the bathroom. -
Oh, dear... Buds, please take good good care!
Praying for your recovery.
Sorry for my wrong advice.

Thereβs only you and the kids at home,
I presume that your hubby does call you regularly during the day , to ensure that you are still ok?
Do take care. -
