Anyone at or been to LSH @ Fidelio?
Visited one and found the place nice, children happy (though my ah lau said all children are happy when they get to go school?!)
Already very tempted to sign up, but have not visited
(1) Pats school @ Ulu Siglap - Hesitant coz of $$$
(2) Kinderland @ Lakme
Any reviews or suggestions welcome & greatly appreciated!
Cheers

Hihi,
my hubby just called and checked about OCBC - Little Skool House and found out that is already fully booked, so we are on waiting list.
Anybody put their bb over there for infant care. Care to share the experience?
So far not much info (when google) about teachers and environment over at OCBC.
TIA!!! -
Hi, I visited LSH at Tampines Junction today and I was impressed by the huge playground and classrooms. They also have a lot of teachers with good educational qualifications. However, I was not too impressed with the Chinese teacher who brought us around. Hubby likes the place because of the price. I’m looking at nursery 1 class for next year enrollment. Does anyone have any comments on this school? Didn’t manage to find anything substantial when I scroll through this topic.
Also, there are a lot of children which may not be too good because it is easy for diseases to spread from one to another. They already had two HFMD cases early this year. Any comments on this?
They also could not tell ms the fees for the enrichment classes because it is a Saturday and the Principal is not around. Anyone has any ideas?
Thanks for reading! -
Hi All,
My son of 3 years old is enrolled in Jurong West Motherwell childcare centre. My concern is that his english has not improved much and the environment do not appear to be clean most of time.
I am currently considering if I should make a switch for my son to Little Skool House in Jurong Safra instead. Please provide your comments.
Thank you in advance!!

Hi, for those who have children in the school, do you find that the teachers adequately prepare them for primary 1? I heard it is a play-based education… they don’t do worksheets or anything? will they get used to it when they arrive in pri 1??

My boy attended LSH OCC. He's in P1 now. They did have written work, as well as lots of reading and play. I think they did a pretty good job preparing my son for P1. I didn't have to send him for any reading or math or Chinese class, and I didn't teach him much at home. He's coping very well in P1 now. -
Ah that sounds reassuring! Anyone who has their kid at safra jurong b4 moving to p1? It was worrying when you read earlier posts and they said the kids were given basic and slow progress!

Etlo,
I think it also depends on the branch and teachers. I think the experience varies very significantly between the different branches. -
HI,
I have LSH uniform for sale: two PE T-shirts, and two dresses
Plus the literacy program books Chinese and English for N2
Let me know if you are keen to get them -
Any parents have any feedback, how the Little Skool - House perform at Alexandra.
