Has any parents receive a transfer letter from their respective posted school? As I understand from DS form teacher, it needs to be sign by the principal of the kids former school before they can collect their 'old' report books.

I thought the new school posting letter said that they would be informing the old sch about the transfer. DD's school returned the report books to whole school over the hols and they only have to return it when sch reopens.

So we just bring this letter to the old school ? I was told by FT should bring transfer letter, that was why i was quite confuse. I wait a few more days then. Leaving for holiday soon, thought better to do all necessary before then.

Maybe the teacher thought it's just ordinary transfer to another school...maybe that kind then MOE doesn't do the admin for you?
