Hi, my girl is attending MPM for the past 6 months. She is in K2 now. The lesson generally lasted for 50 to 55mins. Can I know if K2 only requires this amount of time for the teacher to explain and help them on the worksheets?

        Thank you ๐Ÿ˜„

          Hi peacefulsg,

May I know how many times do you send your gal for MPM lesson? Once or twice a week?

          I refer to the website:
          Schedule for Classes
          โ—ŽMPM
          Twice a week, one hour each โ†’ 8 hours/month
or Once a week, two hour each โ†’ 8 hours/month

I just started my K2 daughter in MPM too. The teacher told me 1.5hours is sufficient for her. And when I asked my daughter, she told me she actually finished off the 2 booklets very fast (1/2 a book each) and she is waiting for us to pick her.

May i know which booklet number is your daughter doing now?

            Hello I3mum,

She is doing SG29/30 now and she is attending only once a week. Yes, I saw that the website too and the teacher also told us about 1 and a half hour. I am wondering how they can manage so many kids within 50 mins.

              Hi peacefulsg,

Which branch is your daughter in and how many kids are there? Mine is about 5, but she told me there are more students coming in later as these students are those who attend twice a week.

                    Hi,

I enquired about the mpm maths before, it seems like the class contain students from k1 to p3? And about 10students in class, one teacher only and he assure me that he will pay more attention to the younger onesโ€ฆ

Is this true and mummies with kids in mpm, are ur kids in this mixed age group class? I like to hav small class size, not more than 5โ€ฆ

Please reccomend. My kid canโ€™t work well in stressful environment ESP if teacher keep telling him to do faster or is too fierceโ€ฆ

Cannot agree with you more. Small class size is very important especially for subjects like Math. Maybe you can checkout JEI/PSLE Math, they limit their class size to 6.
