      Hi mummies,

can i know the difference between mpm & jelic?
read thru all the past posting but still very confused,
      TIA 🙂
MPM is for K1 and above whereas Jelic is for younger kids. Correct me if I am wrong.

          hi,

wondering if anyone has reviews for the kovan branch?

btw i called up & the lady advised me to put my ger (K1) in the Jelic program 1st. she suggested that K2 then switch over to mpm… is it better?

If your child is pre-school, I will vote MPM as I do not believe in drilling for kids so young.

I went for the assessment for Kumon. I though their materials look simple but want the child to keep repeating it until v familiar. For MPM, it is more on logis and thinking.

                      Hi,

If is once a week class, will be 2hrs. Let's say the child finish the book in 30mins time, she got to wait for 1.5hrs for the parents to pick them?

                      Hi peacefulsg,

May I know how many times do you send your gal for MPM lesson? Once or twice a week?

                      I refer to the website:
                      Schedule for Classes
                      ◎MPM
                      Twice a week, one hour each → 8 hours/month
or Once a week, two hour each → 8 hours/month

I just started my K2 daughter in MPM too. The teacher told me 1.5hours is sufficient for her. And when I asked my daughter, she told me she actually finished off the 2 booklets very fast (1/2 a book each) and she is waiting for us to pick her.

May i know which booklet number is your daughter doing now?

Hi, my girl is attending MPM for the past 6 months. She is in K2 now. The lesson generally lasted for 50 to 55mins. Can I know if K2 only requires this amount of time for the teacher to explain and help them on the worksheets?

                      Thank you 😄
