Based on past years registration history, rss will have balloting in P2C.
Looking at the moe record as of now, there's only 104 places left. After P2A2, probably, will have about 90 left. Meaning only 45 places left for P2B and P2C.

If you register under P2A2 in temasek primary, you should be quite secure in getting a place.

Weigh the risk yourself.

Regarding the schools, no one knows what will happen in the 6 years our children will be there. RSS is only offering Chinese, no Malay or Tamil. And higher Chinese from P1. Temasek primary will give your child a multiracial environment. MOE's directive is every school is a good school. Wonders how true this is.

Next phase is not only for parents volunteers, it is also for grassroot leaders, clan and religious group

Number of PV differ from school to school as each school can decide the number of PV they offer. Some schools do not offer any PV place.

i wanted to know too because i am one of the PV for RSS P2B. school ever informed that they took <10 PV for this year registration and i could not find the exact number. assuming that no one register today and 17 vacancy available, chances are very high for balloting for P2B. tough...tough...all down to luck then......
