Hi all, if I stay out of 1km but within 2 km and be a PV, do u think i hv a chance with NHPS? Singapore citizen.

Thanks for all the replies. Actually I already sold my place and want to move within 1 km, but the condos/hdb flats there are limited and I realised anything within 1 km has a price premium over those that are within 2km. Still trying to get something suitable within 1 km.

If you are opting for GRL route, then need to find a house in West Coast GRC.

By the way, getting accepts as PV for NHPS is a BIG challenge.
I understand there is about 300applicant yearly and they choose around 30 or so.

The hurdle is getting qualify for P2B.

I will register my DS1 for P2B this year. :xedfingers:
