While you still have time, try to migrate to phase 2a(1), move up to higher level, safer ground.

If moe didn't make any announcement to changes in rules, situation remain the same. At this point in time, 2a(1) is still safe.

Someone asked whether moe going to apportion half the seats to phase (2b, 2c) ? Senior minister of state replied that moe prefer to focus on helping the schools to improve :-

good thing that NH rejected my PV application or I’ll end up volunteering for nothing.

You can still try your luck in phase 2c balloting, within less than 1 km.

But if there is balloting in 2a2, it means 0 vacancies at 2b & 2c isn't it? 😓

                      Yes, you're right.
                      For 2a(2) -
The high risk profile to enter balloting (if it were to occur) will be those staying more than 2 km, from nan Hua.

thus, future potential parents from now on applying for parent volunteer into nan Hua primary -
ESP. Those staying more than 2 km, from nan Hua, need to consider carefully.

At the moment, the pv application form doesn't restrict, by distance. But going forward, not sure.

Master,if there is balloting in 2A(2), it means there is NO 2B/2C phases at all ==>No point to do PV or any other similar activities which will only make you are eligible for 2B even you are living next to the school. 😞
