Was there any Primary Schools in Clementi had seats for Phase 3 in 2014? My husband and I are holding EP and my boy should go to P1 in 2016. I tried to check MOE but can’t see the Phase C results any more.

I remember there was none left. My DS's classmate who is a foreigner had to apply to a school in Jurong.

We couldn't get our son to NH a few years ago. This year if we can get our daughter to NH, can we transfer our son to NH too ?

Meaning you forgo your phase 1 place?
Once give up, you may not be able to get back. If you can't get your daughter in, you may end up in different schools for both son and daughter.

Also, transfer is subjected to availability/approval. Even if your daughter get in, there's no guarantee your son will secure the transfer.

If you successfully secured a place for your girl, you can submit your transfer request for your son. However, NH cannot guarantee a place for your son. Understand from the Principal, their waitlist is very long, even those GEP kids' (those selected for GEP and joined NH in P4 only) siblings requested for transfer also cannot guarantee. No harm trying though. I believe if your son's academic or CCA's achievement is very outstanding, maybe have better chance.

My guess is Clementi since is always the next choice after Nan Hua
