Changing my CCA?

Hello. I'm currently in my 2nd year in secondary school and I would like to change my CCA.
I've joined the Infocomm club since Secondary 1 but what they are teaching there are all basic things which does not interest me. I was an active club member when I was in Secondary 1 and turned up for all the sessions. However, when I reached Secondary 2, my attendance dwindled dangerously, causing the points I have gathered the previous year to be revoked.
Now, I only have 3 CCA points, and like any other student, I really want to accumulate 20 CCA points by the end of Secondary 4 to at least get an A2.
I was wondering whether it was possible to change my CCA now? And is it possible to get the remaining 17 points if I work hard enough?
