Holidays after PSLE

Do you take your child out right away after PSLE even thou is not official holiday yet. Are we allowed to to do?

I think it is OK to absent for a few days to travel since the there will be no lesson. The kids might not want to be out right away as they would like to spend some time with their primary school friends before going to a new secondary school.

I am planning to bring my child for a short trip to genting on the children day long weekend!

The Christmas atmosphere is really lovely in USA and the shopping at their outlet malls are great!
