U are right to say that its an art approach to academic. Don’t forget Mr Chua comes from an arts background and he is using it to add colour into academic. Surprise no one mentions about the Fun Scientist Program. Thought it should be quite interesting.
The lifts are not meant for students. They are required to take the stairs.
As for the sports like wushu, in line skating, choral singing etc, they are enrichment programs to expose child to different types of program so that they will at least have some ideas and know their interest when they choose CCA in P3.

Don’t worry too much. If u and your child like the school, just go for it. The school is very helpful in helping out the weaker students. Hope to see u next year.

I was actually asked to be tour guide for that day. Wife and I partnered together to bring parents around on the guided tour. Not sure if I was the couple that beaniecow was talking to.
So sorry for those parents who didn’t know or couldn’t find the student care centre. Will forward this feedback to the school. Definitely something that they can improve for future open houses.
I believe the school has pasted signages and the list of venues with activities all around the staircases and lift lobby. Perhaps it’s not prominent enough and they can do better in this area. Will pass the feedback to the school.
Cheerbear… don stress. Have faith in the school and the teachers. It will be a matter of time that your child will pick up the courage and the next thing u know, he willl tell you things he did in school which u never expect… hehehe -

more likely in the upper primary, the teacher told me that now more "abstract" concepts are introduced in the primary school level compared to last time…

me as well, i like the school and my child like it too…i find the way the materials are delivered
which year are you registering for?
i agree, children should walk instead of taking lift to prevent obseity to improve their remembering skill…haha
