my son attended science discovery camps since P1. He enjoyed his camps thoroughly and is disappointed that he will not be joining for this year as he is preparing rather intensively for his psle. There are 2 outings usually on tuesday and thursday. Foodwise is of course very to the kids’ liking. I remember there was quite a few times they had ice cream for dessert. I feel that the camps stimulated his interest in science early on so he had not much difficulty when he took science in P3.
Just to clarify that I am not in anyway affliated to them and this year i will be registering my daughter for the camp too. The camp is suitable for primary school kids only, i.e P1 to P6 in 2015. -

I don't recall what the program was like... it's been like 8 years since I last sent himChief,
do the kids do any hands on experiment, during the Science camp ?
if Yes, are the experiments done, relevant to our MOE Science (P3 to P6) syllabus, or not really that relevant useful, just the fun fun type for kids to play, play, have fun only ?
can recall what kind of experiments did they do ?
I tried asking my son who is now in Sec 4. The only thing he remembered was that they gave him a clipboard!
