Ok great we have 5 now! This is what it says on the site

The group discount will only be effected when a minimum of 5 children in the group have made payment. Full payment will be required for the 1st 5 registrations, subsequent registrations will enjoy the group discount immediately. DVC will make refund to the 1st 5 registrations accordingly by cheque to the provided address. DVC reserves the right to withdraw the discount if the final number is less than this.


So i think first 5 need to pay full first then get refund. Will check how to do the code. Get back soon.

Ok got it. Shall i start the booking then and create a code?


To make a group booking, first designate one parent as the group leader. This parent should then book online and register a new group name. The other parents will then use the group name when booking. The group leader will receive a confirmation email for each parent joining the group.
