      Sweetmango:
      24hr-mum:

enopi is similar to mpm: both colorful wkbks, have manipulatives, are based on the child's pace

so different age children can be same class (can be an advantage if u re sending ur older plus younger children, save ur trip). but they do differnt bks based on their level and pace.

whether teacher attends to the child individually i think depends on the teacher. both same px too. $140 a mth

I just signed up for both but ->

Epnoi is $140 for 4 lesson ($35/ea), each lesson is 1 hour only (call me on time to pick up the kid if I'm 10 mins late!)

MPM is $440 for 12 lessons ($36e/ea), each lesson is 1.5-2 hours.

Also, Enopi stuff is very easy and keeps repeating...

MPM teacher is very hands-on and tries to go for the more difficult questions and also when the child is very good at some parts, they will skip to go try the difficult questions. I prefer it so we don't waste time on the simple/basic stuff that my kid already knows and practices alot @ home.

For the above reasons, I prefer MPM anytime!

I would think it will depend on the teacher at that particular centre how they can value add or guide the child

E.nopi is now known as Eye Level. Is there any difference in the teaching methods? Can anyone share?

My P4 girl is doing Onsponge in school, in order to improve on her higher order thinking Maths where can I send her too next year (P5)?

Anyone has feedback on NeuroMath and PSLEMath? Or can explain to me the differences between the two.
            Thanks!

My son is with Neuro maths @ Eastgate branch since Term 2 this years till now. I shifted him from Novel Learning centre located in Roxy Square, it not that NLC not good but they focus more to MCQ and my son felt bore of repeating doing it ...

So I send him for a assessment paper with Neuro Maths to reinforce his weakness in doing prob solving especially he never show any models or working just straight answer, which really worry me :scared:

Now he is doing better, and as what he had told me recently. His sch maths ques which his teacher challenge them are quite similar like what Neuro Maths doing

Most important things, he has a good teacher. Teacher Ann, willing to stayed back after class for individual to explained to them and ensure the kids really understand it :grphug: to clear any doubt...

My DS is in P4 this year šŸ•ŗ

                  Hi Gingerley,

I never tried on their holiday program, once I check with the receptionist whether is it necessary for my son as he join them fr Term 2 and i'm afraid he might not able to understand and catch up. The gal, told me actually not really a must, as what been taught will be quite similar in their weekly class too, unless I want to reinforce for my son.

                  :imcool:
