I suppose your child is pre-school.
If so, I would think both CMA and MPM is ok to stimulate the brain. Not sure about Math hub. -

Ooops, so sorry for the late reply. But for the benefits of other parents, might as well share.
CMA :- is on abacus and the fundamental is training left and right brain. Many parents always considered the mental calculation as the primary focus. To CMA, the primary focus should be training left and right brain and secondary factor is mental calculation. Does not touch on mathematics logic and analytical mathematics and hence does not promote creative thinking.
MPM :- teaching on mathematics logic, promoting creative thinking.
Maths Hub :- emphasing on logical and analytical mathematics.
If you considering stimulating child's mind, there are loads of other activities besides the above mentioned. Such as Right Brain training activities, sports, piano etc -
