      Hi,

Do you still have the worksheets?
Lol. I think she has said she no longer has the papers. Bet she regrets selling it then, as this could have been an auction 😆

A quick update. Dropped by Visible math last weekend and noticed that they have rebranded to \"Ammiel wan math academy\".
I notice besides the get me thinking series, they also have the make it right series and the 60 experience.

Anyone has seen these new series and would recommend to buy them? Thanks!

Mr. Ammiel Wan and Mr. Stewart Teng has split and that Stewart Teng has now joined Cognitus.

😂 Both sets of NickleBee Math worksheets have already been sold, so there's nothing to regret! :rotflmao:

Hi I am now keen to sign up for Jelic because after the free assessment by the teacher, I was told that my child can’t join MPM program now and more suitable to attend Jelic first. Then I found info about Jelic seems to be more on the left and right brain training so unsure this program has anything to do with learning of maths.

And bottom line is, I really don’t know if this Jelic program is for learning basic foundation of maths or what? My plan is to sign up my K1 child for a math enrichment before she enters P1 as she has 0 knowledge in maths. I don’t want to be signed up for an enrichment class which doesn’t cater to what I need for my child.

I have a few centres for comparison in mind:
              • eiMaths
              • Mighty Maths
              • Jelic & MPM Maths

Which centre is really better for a child with no maths background? So need to consult parents here for better advice before making the next move. Thank you!

Mm does your little one go to kindy? Surely they teach some Math there? For a little 5 year old the Math bar is pretty simple. No need to panic. Just counting from 1 to 10. Maybe 1 to 20 at 6 years old. That's what my paed tells me. You should enjoy the low academic stress at 5 years old.

Hi my child does attend 3-hour kindergarten but it closed so frequently crazy until considered not attending at all. Their school 95% comprised of foreign ixxxxxs so kept contracting covid-19 almost daily and the school kept closing for disinfection. We also didn’t have much or any online schooling as their teachers were infected so manpower was down. Just this entire April, she was kept at home for 1 month and learnt nothing. So far since she started this school, I think she only attended 5 to 10 lessons of 3-hours, the rest of the days and months often closed due to covid-19 infections in school. That’s why she didn’t learn anything, especially mandarin and maths.

Oh wow that's not fun. Do they refund you the school fees? I totally understand coz my son comes home from preschool SICK with a bug every 2 or 3 weeks. Its exhausting as he spreads it to me.

For Chinese Berries is all right. Maths I think is basic enough to teach at home.

Where are you located at? I can recommend Maths Concept at parkway center if you are living nearby in the area (http://www.mathconcept.com.sg/en/) I find it quite good for young children. Or you may consider Kumon as well.
