I went TNS to pick up my DS after school today.
From what I saw, only about 1 out of 5 students wore costume. Majority of them are in Chinese costume, some were in Korean, I saw a Jap and 2 Singapore Girls.
I understand that those having PE today need not wear costume. And according to my DS, only slightly more than half his class wore costume.
DS was quite happy as his whole group wore costume. -

TNS's website only have 1 circular for April 2010. I think it is not updated.
It takes a lot of patience to visit the school's website.
