My dd said question not the usual type they had practice in school. More visual type questions

paper easy= complain cant get A*
paper difficult= why moe set so tough paper
what is the ideal questions to set ?.. -

The last question on paper 2 is
(a)50*50-3.14*25*25=537.5
38*537.5=20425
(b)(38-4)/2=17
2*(17*50)=1700
