Hopefully, with the implementation of the new system, we will continue to share & post truthfully from our hearts, instead of posting only what people \"Like\" to hear (see), just to get more \"Likes\" & \"Reputation\"..

:goodpost: still prefer the old and rusty goodpost sign - uniquely in ks.
Like reminds me of Facebook. And I don't really like the idea of having reputation under our nicknames.

Ki chui !... Agree too ....[/quote]Hmm... I also like this.

Can we like just the posts and not increase the reputation?

I don't think it is possible due to the limitation of the available feature in this version of forum software.

As in we can have how many people like this post? Good suggestion! I agree too.

                Like that ar...

The reputation will be deemed as some form of status in ksp. It is very normal to accept that the higher a member's reputation, the more \"senior\" he/she is.

My concern is, sometimes the good posts May not attract \"like\". We have nice folks who updates on book sales or current affairs or even assessment books. Such posts most often don't attract \"like\".

there could also be abuse of such system. Already I see at least one member cajoling for \"like\".

Yes, just have the likes for the post but remove the reputation. It is abt the particular post and the person posting the post.

The reputation system is more suitable for people who recommend stuff/services. Eg those folks who posts feedback on guidebooks/assessment books/ service providers.

Just sharing my thoughts. You mods probably know better and have deliberated on this prior to rolling out such systems.

Er.. Sorry don't understand. Are you saying some may abuse the system by liking some service providers/products?
