DS also say different from usual. Section A - ok. Section B - tough.

Face dun look very optimistic, dun even want to say much 😓

      All he remembered was
'Adult frog live on land & tadpoles in water. State 2 advantages for it'.
      :yikes:

Hi BeContented, just did ppr, the 2 advantages is that:
1: they do not have to compete for water, food and space.
2: when the frog habitate is destroyeed, the tadpole r not living in the same habitat as frog and thus will survive 2 grow into frgs, ensuring continuity of their own kind. 🙂

Oh dear, I'm not even gg to ask dd what she wrote for that. I have a feeling that she probably gave a very \"illogical\" answer :nailbite: . Anyways, she said OE was really tough, MCQ was ok. Science has always been her stumbling block. Just really glad that it's finally over.

agreed. jus did ppr and seems that booklet B is different, has a lot of.... unusual daily liife application qs, not just regurgitaion of facts like most r used 2... but lucky bklt B has less weightage than sec. A 😓

Pls give an example of the qn from bklet b if you are able to remember. Thanks

            ill try 🙂

Q: Some buildings use a cooling mist system 2 lower the temperature of the surroinding air. the mist comes out in the form of small water droplets.

Q: How does the cooling mist system help 2 lower the temp of the surrounding air? (2m)

some fans were added 2 the coolinf mist systeem.

Q: how do the fans help in the cooling mist system? (1m)

that should be this pprs killer Q

not really sure abt that have my doubts... 😓

I put option 4..... the closed beaker with water and grn bean seeds on damp cloth, should not remove co2 as it changes the experiments aim and outcome completely, if remove oxy. then its not a control, so I put water but I mb wrongg.
                    🤷
