As we see, most people prefer CHIJ St Nicholas but I don’t like it because it is in the middle of nowhere. Beside it is grass and HDB flats. What I mean is there is no coffee shops there (Nearest in Ave 5). As you know, outside the school is only one lane for one direction and CHIJ St Nicholas has a lot of students! Some days, the road beside the school is having jams! I wonder if the students there ever been late because of this incident.

Nearest is not Ave 5 coffeeshops. It's Ave 4 within walking distance with Mac, Guardian, etc.
