U need to go back to the control panel to check whether there is any thread still on the notification.

Actually i'm still getting notifications for other threads as well. I double checked the above, the settings still shows no notification.

On the left, under Overview, click Manage subscriptions

A list of topics which you are \"watching\" (means get notified) will be displayed.

Put a tick in the box next to the topic(s) you want to unsubscribe from.

Scroll down and click on the button that says Unwatch marked.
